My dad's sister and her husband are in jail. For using/making/distributing crystal meth.

As if that's not awesome enough? They also had a three hour standoff with the police.

And people wonder why that side of the family isn't invited to the wedding?

Anyone else have crazy family Thanksgiving stories?

      What's best (worst?) is that this isn't the first time I've had a relative from that side of the family in jail for drugs. I don't remember if it was this aunt or another one of Dad's sisters (he's the oldest of seven kids, and only has one brother, so there are a lot of crazy fucked up relatives out there), but someone got pulled over and sent to jail for having pot in the car (with her young grandkids), and the family tried to tell us she was in jail for having expired license plate tags.

      My dad's family is all sorts of special.
